This course takes place online through Zoom. Students will receive the Zoom link by email within 24 hours of the class.

This Five-Hour Prelicensing Course is required by New York State Department of Motor Vehicles for all applicants who want to take a road test for a driver’s license. A MV-278 completion certificate needed for road test appointments will be issued at the conclusion of this class.

Please note:

• Preregistration is required.
• A New York state Learner’s Permit (photo ID) is required. Please email a copy of your permit to SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education at conted@sunyacc.edu after registering.
• Students should join the class 15 minutes early. Class starts promptly at the scheduled time.
• Students must have their cameras on at all times during the course; the instructor must be able to see each student to confirm attendance for the duration of the class.
• No refunds will be issued after noon the Friday before class.
